Welcome to immigrationlf.com (the “website”). The website is operated by Thomas Chung (“attorney”).
The information on this website is for general information only, and the information provided is not intended as legal advice or a guarantee. There is no intention to represent and should not be interpreted from anything on the website that the quality of legal services provided by attorney is performed better than what another attorney could provide. The website is not intended to solicit clients outside of California, if such representation would be barred because of foreign state laws and regulations. Contacting the office by email or calls will not create an attorney-client relationship and the attorney will have no duty to perform legal services without the attorney’s executed written retainer agreement and required fees paid.
In matters where a case is taken on contingency or partial-contingency where the attorney’s fee is predicated in whole or some part on an outcome, the client agrees to pay for all costs and fees that were paid on behalf of the client by the attorney or at the request of the attorney, and/or there are costs and fees still outstanding.
